Confirmation email

After purchasing, you will receive an email with order details and a QR Code Ticket. When making a purchase, please provide your correct name and email address to receive your ticket.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if entry is refused at the door.

To be eligible for a refund, the ticket must be officially marked as “REVOKED” by our door staff at the time of refusal. Once validated, the refund will be processed within three (3) working days.

No refunds will be granted under any other circumstances.
